- Built the billing back office from scratch in a team of four backend engineers: event-driven exchange with the order orchestrator over a queue, protobuf contracts, idempotent handling of financial operations.
- A backend-driven billing admin panel and a separate service with a dashboard for analysts: data aggregated from neighbouring microservices, export for external analysis.
- An agentic pipeline that clusters and deduplicates support tickets (tickets linker), plus self-healing refunds driven by policy-based agents.

- Moved the payment and refund lifecycle into the new system: authorizations, clearings, split payments, refunds to bank details, cancellations with and without a fee. Added cards, Plus and SBP.
- Migrated Yandex Travel from the internal payment service (Trust) to an external PSP: a separate pool of composite payments and refunds, isolation from legacy, graceful degradation.
